Sometimes things go wrong, and it’s what is done after they go wrong that truly defines the situation. Pro styles Roofing replaced my roof late this Spring. Shortly after the job was completed, the special underlayment beneath the architectural shingles began to warp slightly. It seems the manufacturer’s Lot for that material was defective. Things like this occasionally happen in life. While Pro Styles management tried to work with the manufacturer to guarantee their product, time was passing by. Rather than prolong the wait for the customer while they negotiated the warrantee on the product with the manufacturer, Pro Styles simply re-roofed my entire house at their own risk. Where can you find a vendor with that kind of dedication to customer service? By the way, the roof looks great! These are quality folks.
