PSR will meet with the insurance adjuster within a day or two after submitting the claim. During the inspection, PSR will allow the adjuster space to perform their inspection while being present to answer any questions. After the inspection, the adjuster may share their recommendation. If not, PSR will follow up the next business day. PSR may also provide additional documentation, such as photos and notes, to support the claim if needed. We will continue to represent you throughout the process.
